Enka's Emily Carver produced 20 points, nine rebounds, and four assists to lead the West to its 87-66 win over East in the NCCA East-West girls basketball All-Star Game on Monday night at the Greensboro Coliseum. Carver will play college ball for Appalachian State and officially wrapped up her high school career with the game's MVP honor.
